“We’re in a time crunch, and we created it by agreeing to a March 31 deadline. If we do not have our standards in place and hand it to Archer by the end of December or very early in January … we’re not going to have any standards in their proposal, because we will lose the court case,” Councilor Royal Ross said. “They will take us to court and say we didn’t give them enough time, and we will lose. That’s my opinion.”
