HF2309 (Elkins); Rights given to consumers regarding personal data, obligations placed on businesses regarding consumer data, and enforcement by attorney general provided.

HF2257 (Bahner); Minnesota Age-Appropriate Design Code Act created, obligations placed on businesses regarding children’s consumer information, and attorney general enforcement provided.

HF3868 (Curran); Uniform Commercial Code amendments adopted to accommodate emerging technologies.

HF3777 (O’Driscoll); Persons 17 years of age permitted to serve alcoholic beverages.
