MN Broadband Story of Success from NWLinks

Last month I had an opportunity to corner a few folks on video to ask them about broadband success in their area. Mary Mehsikomer was gracious enough to tell me a little bit about NWLinks and about how broadband has allowed them to offer Mandarin Chinese to students in rural areas.
