If an illegal or undocumented worker is found to be working on a project without employment authorization, the employer, general contractor, or foreman on the project shall be subject to the misclassification fines and penalties under section 181.723, subdivision 7, and section 326B.082, subdivisions 6, 7, 10, 11, and 13, as applicable”
