ACE Leadership’s next cohort is beginning soon and there is still time to apply for a spot. This professional development program prepares leaders to drive Minnesota’s tech community forward. The ACE program emphasizes awareness of different leadership styles, expands leaders’ knowledge of the MN tech ecosystem, deepens core leadership competencies, expands participants’ network, and more. Companies demonstrate a clear investment in their employees’ development, while giving emerging leaders the tools they need to produce stronger outcomes and effectively lead within their teams.
Program Highlights:
- Seminars: Six day-long courses featuring executive speakers, panels of subject matter experts, and cohort discussions.
- Executive coaching: ACE leaders are paired with a coach, a senior leader in technology, to help provide individualized approaches on topics covered in the course.
- Group projects: Leaders work on small group strategy-based projects which culminate with a presentation to MnTech’s Board of Directors.
