Rising Star Application

We are looking for applicants that are no more than 10 years into their role in technology or tech touching role (e.g. talent, HR, etc) who are emerging talent/rising stars in their organizations based on achievements to date and the promise of what they may accomplish in the future. Special consideration will be given to applicants that are not just making an impact in their own companies, but in the broader community as well.
