Gov Walz budget includes $70 million for broadband

Earlier today Governor Walz unveiled his budget, which includes $70 million (per biennium) on border-to-border broadband program.

This compares with Rep Kresha’s bill for $100 million in the House.

The detailed budget will be released next week.
