Nominate someone for the Minnesota Association of Community and Leadership Education Professionals Leadership award

I’m sure we all know someone – an what a nice honor it would be…

The Minnesota Association of Community and Leadership Education Professionals (MACLEP) is an organization to support those who work in the community development field. Historically our organization has comprised of Extension Educators who work in the field of community development, but we are broadening our membership to include others in the community and leadership development fields.

We are organizing some community development awards to acknowledge the good work in communities and leaders across the state. We are helping to host the Community Development Society (CDS) national conference this summer and will kick off these awards at a special pre-conference gathering on July 24.

Please nominate a person or project you feel deserves some recognition (self-nominations are welcome and encouraged). Award winners will receive a plaque, a $100 travel stipend, and acknowledgement at our Minnesota reception.
Contact Ryan Pesch at 218-770-4398 or pesch@umn.edu for questions or clarifications.
