According to the Grand Forks Herald, Minnesota Democrats are endorsing Kip Fontaine to replace long time (and retiring) Senator LeRoy Stumpf in Northwest Minnesota. Broadband is a topic that he considers important…

Asked what topics District 1 voters are concerned about, Fontaine said quality jobs as well as infrastructure, which includes broadband Internet. He also pointed to Minnesota’s education system.
