I look forward to the presentation by Arvig, a growing regional telecom provider. They have many local exchanges, have purchased additional exchanges and have done extensive CLEC activity, especially in the commercial and anchor institution market categories. Questions that I have – Can Arvig make the capital investments to bring all of their rural exchanges up to the state standard? Does a provider have any obligation as a CLEC, once serving anchor tenants and commercial customers, to extend quality broadband services to the wider community?
