The BBC communities are nearing the end of their BBC venture. They are planning celebrations to recognize the success work done in each community to expand broadband. The events are par of the “BBC Strut Your Stuff Tour” and are open to the public. The first event kicked-off in Fond du Lac last week. (Notes to come first thing tomorrow morning!) It was well-attended, and featured student Application Camp project presentations.
Facebook events have been created for each of the Strut Your Stuff Tour stops that have been scheduled so far. They are:
- Mille Lacs County, August 26, 1-3pm
- Kanabec Broadband Initiative, August 26, 4-6pm
- Southwest MN Broadband, September 2, 4-6pm
- Lake of the Woods County, September 9, 4-6pm
- Lake County, September 10, 10am – noon
- LqPV Schools, Sept 18, time tbd
