Thanks to Karl Samp for the BBC Community update for Lake of the Woods County…

On Monday, there was great turn out at Rosalie’s in Baudette for the Lake of the Woods BBC Team meeting. We heard about all the equipment ordered from Round One projects, and the beginning of training for individuals and businesses which will continue through the year.

Round two will continue that work, with the Public Library replacing and expanding on outdated computers, internet access, and WiFi. Also getting upgrades are the Pioneer Youth Center, Historical Museum, Brink Center, and Tourism Center. New WiFi Hot Spots will be located throughout Lake of the Woods County including at the municipal park and campground in Baudette.
