Last Friday, Lake County held a press conference to announce and celebrate their $66 million ARRA funding. The project, expected to begin in the spring, will create about 50 construction jobs and 42 long-term service and support jobs. The network will connect 15,000 homes, 1,000 businesses and 100 critical community facilities.
