The September 2009 TISP program featured the Blandin Foundation’s MN Intelligent Rural Community (MIRC) project application to the federal Sustainable Broadband Program. By now, everyone in Minnesota’s broadband community knows the project got a green light in Washington. Given this news, it’s only fitting for the final TISP program of the year to reconnect with the Blandin Project partners to talk about next steps.
Join us for a firsthand report on the MN Intelligent Rural Community project which encompasses creative and wide ranging elements to help secure a better broadband future for rural Minnesota. The project has brought together an impressive array of partners to work with demonstration communities on project goals.
