Cook County recently posted a Request for Proposal looking for “qualified firms to submit a proposal for the design and construction management of a planned FTTP network. This RFP is specifically for engineering services to design a fiber network throughout the County and to then manage the construction of the network.” You can learn more on the Cook County web site.
