White Spaces in Minnesota

Christopher Mitchell from the Institute for Local Self Reliance recently published an article on the potential impact of white spaces on rural Minnesota on a site called the Idea Board, which appears to be a site that promotes Paul Thissen for Governor in 2010.

Christopher calls the decision to open up White Space a necessary, but not sufficient step towards broadband access in rural areas. Government intervention is also required at the local and possibly state level.
