Comcast to expand broadband to Prior Lake, Savage, Victoria and Waconia (Carver and Scott Counties)

Comcast plans to extend its high-speed internet services to four more Minnesota cities.

On Tuesday, the internet provider announced its network expansion in Prior LakeSavage, Victoria and Waconia. The company said its estimated that the expansion will reach an additional 30,000 homes.

The move is part of a larger plan by Comcast to expand service in the Twin Cities suburbs and exurbs. The business previously announced an expansion in December in Cologne, Corcoran, Grant, Hugo, Rogers and Stillwater, with expansions to Chanhassen and Nowthen are also planned for sometime this spring.
