Superior Mayor touts “Cheaper internet and cheaper water”

Northern News Now (TV) reports on how the Superior (WI) mayor explains broadband network, plan to run water utility where the city owns the network but private providers service customers directly. The plan is to create natural competition. Now they want to do the same with water, which is currently privately run.
