EVENT Feb 1: Webinar Digital Inclusion for Community Health

Conduent Healthy Communities Institute invites folks to a webinar…

High-speed internet access is increasingly recognized as a “super determinant of health,” playing a key role in health outcomes and impacting social determinants of health such as employment, education and a range of essential services. Yet, about one in four U.S. households do not have high-speed internet service at home. In 2021, Congress passed legislation to address crucial gaps in connectivity, and coalitions across the country are coming together to narrow the “digital divide.” Learn about the current landscape of digital inclusion resources and how community health planners can utilize them to advance health equity.

Join us for this informative webinar where experts will share:

  • Key concepts and definitions around digital equity

  • Why community health experts should engage around digital equity

  • Strategies for addressing digital equity disparities
