Want to take a COVID test at home? You’re going to need broadband.

Good news! You can now take a COVID test at home

Minnesota health officials announced a new at-home saliva test pilot program Thursday that will allow residents in two dozen counties or tribal nations to test themselves for COVID-19.

Bad news for some. You need enough broadband for telehealth to do it…

People participating in the at-home tests will need to perform the test, which involves spitting into a small tube, under the supervision of a health care professional through a video telehealth visit.
