Federal communications law compliance requirements, the E-Rate Program, and Federal Universal Service Program

I am pleased to share the following from Baller Stokes & Lide. They know their stuff and I always think it is so generous of them to share it with the world.

Here are our annual memoranda reviewing federal communications law compliance requirements, the E-Rate Program, and the federal Universal Service Program.  We delayed our distribution this year in order to include the many changes that the new Federal Communications Commission has made or announced so far.   We will provide updates from time to time as additional significant changes occur.

If you have questions, need additional information, or require legal assistance, please give us a call.  Also, feel free to share the memoranda with anyone who might benefit from them.
