ProVideo has created a 7 minute video on broadband efforts in Cook and Lake Counties. Folks from the field talk about great potential use of the network (such as telework and education) and the drawbacks to not having it. Other folks talk about how the network was built – including an allusion to post-ARRA and tsunami access to the fiber.
