Bernadine Joselyn,  director of public policy and engagement at the Blandin Foundation and Intelligent Community Forum co-founder Robert Bell were interviewed on BlogTalk Radio’s Gigabit Nation. The subject was the significant research project in Minnesota where the Blandin Foundation was the lead agency.
