This week I am at the NATOA (National Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors) Conference in San Francisco.

Yesterday I was in a session where Terre Hauser of the City of Roseville described how collaboration between Ramsey County communities with shared IT services. Shared IT services also enables collaboration on public safety, engineering and other service. Cities get better services, better IT functionality and lower prices.
