As a reminder – this week I am at the NATOA (National Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors) Conference in San Francisco.
This afternoon we heard from Craig Newmark, founder of Craigslist, talks about doing well by doing good. He claims that he a customer service rep at the company because he has better managers and better programmers on staff. He talks about listening, thinking and responding to customer suggestions. Emphasis is on speed and usability.
He talked about www.Craigconnects.org , his site for doing more good. Looks very interesting. Very interesting guy!
