EVENT Feb 13-15: Net Inclusion livestreamed from Philadelphia

Net Inclusion is a great conference for anyone interested in digital equity. The held the event in St Paul years ago, which was my chance to dive me feet first. So, I’m excited to see that they are livestreaming their sessions this year. There are usually a few kind of sessions: some are very niche because the panel and attendees are often people who share a problem and spend the session brainstorming and troubleshooting some solutions. Super helpful if it’s your issue, super interesting if it’s not. There are sessions from practitioners, scholars, policy wonks and again it can be a fresh glimpse at a difference perspective of digital equity or a time with like minds. Here are a few of the sessions:

  • BO1: Building Research and Data-Backed Digital Equity Strategies
  • BO2: When Subsidies Run Dry: Building Sustainable Digital Equity Infrastructure
  • BO3: AI & Digital Equity: The Good, the Bad, & the Ugly
  • BO4: Creating, Sustaining & Measuring Local Digital Equity Ecosystems
  • BO5: A View from the Digital Divide in the Black Rural South

You can find the full schedule online. Or just tune in when you get an opportunity.
