Applications Now Open for Next Century Cities Advisory Board

You know I always like to think about Minnesotans flooding the in-box of any opportunity like this. I think we have a lot of learn and teach. From Next Century Cities…

Next Century Cities is searching for candidates to fill two open seats on the organization’s Advisory Board. Applicants should be passionate about expanding digital access and have experience working in the technology or telecommunications fields.
The Advisory Board provides input on Next Century Cities’ efforts to advocate and create resources for mayors and community leaders who are developing local connectivity initiatives. Board Members represent a diverse array of backgrounds, but share a commitment to Next Century Cities’ core principles and ubiquitous broadband access. Ideal candidates should be able to offer expert advice on telecommunications policy, membership growth strategies, and fundraising opportunities.
Application details are available here. Applications will be accepted through September 20, 2019.
