The Office of Broadband Development just released a list of applications received for the Border to Border Broadband grant. The list is out because they want to give people the opportunity to challenge any of the applications. The reasons they list for challenge include:

1. Area is identified in application as unserved (wireline service below 4Mbps download/1Mbps upload) but it is served (has wireline service at or above 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload)
2. Area is identified in application as unserved (wireline service below 4Mbps download/1Mbps upload) but it is underserved (has wireline service at or above 4Mbps download/1Mbps upload but below 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload)
3. Area is identified in application as underserved (wireline service below 4Mbps download/1Mbps upload) but it is served (has wireline service at or above 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload)

Deadline for challenges is Nov 17.
