Based on your feedback we’ve added a lot of new features including online check-in and the ability to view your flight status, trip details, SkyMiles account balance and more. You’re the first customers in the U.S. to access your boarding pass on sites like Facebook, so be sure to tell us what you think!

I’m actually flying Delta this weekend to Washington DC, so maybe I’ll try it out.

I’m impressed with their Facebook page – they seem to let people say whatever they want, which can be risky. As I pursued comments I notice that there are some folks love Delta and some who hate Delta – but the balance makes for some community-policing of comments.
