		<description><![CDATA[The task force is really tackling some interesting and critically important topics at this month&#039;s meeting.

At last month&#039;s policy seminar in Grand Rapids, Bill Arthur (a community leader from Orr) questioned the time allocated for rural Minnesotans to provide input into the process.  This month, the task force has provided an expanded open input time.  I hope that southern Minnesota fills that hour with input for the task force that speaks for all of rural Minnesota.

There will be an opportunity to plan that message at Thursday&#039;s Blandin Broadband Policy Seminar.
