		<description><![CDATA[We have created a new non-profit corporation called National Public Broadband, Inc. to design, build and operate community-owned open-access fiber networks as well as provide competitive voice, video and data services over the networks.  NPB includes Tim Nulty, CEO; John Schultz, CTO; Brian Estrem, COO; and Gary Fields, CFO.  We are currently exploring a range of national opportunities.  Lake County, MN is our first engagement.]]></description>
