		<description><![CDATA[This is an interesting finding.  I know that there are multiple CLECs operating in the Twin Cities, using their own or leased fiber backbones and Qwest local loops.  Nationally, with a few exceptions, the most &quot;wired towns&quot; are all so-called NFL cities.  The remaining cities are mostly state capitols.

Frankly, I would like to see some of communities that have 100% FTTP listed as most wired as a more accurate measure of &quot;most wired&quot;.]]></description>
