Last I checked, taxpayers build the networks(I pay taxes), and it takes taxpayers to maintain the networks( again, I pay taxes).

We need more government funding to the munis and smaller entities as it is apparent that the big boys are going to hold onto their cash instead of investing in infrastructure( ATT, ALL CATV MSO’s ect)
