		<description><![CDATA[It&#039;s too bad that the frost has hindered the fiber installation. They don&#039;t have that problem in California, do they? I&#039;m glad to hear that the training is going well. I bet good training has increased the demand.

How do you provide training? Do you have someone on staff of someone come in to provide training or is it less formal? Do you do any of it online?

I think training is such an integral part of any technology plan and love to hear how it&#039;s done successfully.
