Notice of Funds Available for the Long Distance Learning/Telemedicine Grant Program in USDA Rural Development
This was posted in April 2007 and the proposals were due in June.
The following news release was issued recently (October 1, 2007) reporting the recipients so this will give you an idea of what to probably expect in 2008.

It is never too early to start creating a good proposal! You will see the contact information at the end of the NOFA. My colleagues and I are not the contact person for this program in MN but the national office person listed can put you in contact with the upper midwest rep for the Long Distance/Telemedicine program.
