		<description><![CDATA[being in the business i believe everyone has the right to be able to have highspeed communications capabilities,with this capability you are connected to the rest of the world and are able to put forth a competitive edge in either doing business or educating as well as just mainly even talking to someone around the world on realtime .Thats one thing i have always believed in and will try and make it a reality as we push forward with our plans but thats neither yay or nay for us.I would name some communities in other countries who are fully highspeed capable but we all know that scenario.]]></description>
